- Our rates include water, electricity, heating in winter or air conditioning in summer and satellite TV.
- Change of towels and sheets twice at week.
- The client is responsible for the disappearances, and damages of the inventory objects and furniture. For this reason, we ask you for a deposit of 125 Euros for the Village and 70 Euros for the Aparthotel at check in time, which respond to these possible damages. In case there is any malfunction at client’s check in, please, communicate in reception inside the 24h from your arrival.
- The establishment is not responsible for loss or theft of personal and / or value belongings that are not deposited in the safe.
- Check in time from 17h of the arrival date and check out time before 10h of the date of departure.
- Check in and checkout day in months of July and August will be done on Saturdays for the Aparthotel and on Fridays for the Village.
- In time of reservation, client must pay a pre-payment according to 40% from the total rate. Any reservation will be considered if we have not received this amount and until we have not confirmed the reception of it. The rest of the payment must be done at your arrival, in moment of getting the keys. We don’t accept reservation without pre-payment.
- Cancellation policy: Stays in LOW, MEDIUM or HIGH season: Until 48 hours before the arrival date without penalty. After this period no amount will be returned. Stays in SUPER and EXTRA season: Until 8 days before the arrival date, without penalty. During the 7 days before the arrival date, the prepayment will not be returned. cancellation policy:
